Elyse Kennedy, MA, BCBA, LBA is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator, Guardian Ad Litem, and Qualified Parenting Coordinator serving children and families throughout Florida. She is the founder of Serenity Family Solutions and creator of Two Hour Divorce®, a resolution-focused alternative to adversarial litigation designed to help families navigate divorce and other significant transitions while minimizing conflict and prioritizing children.

Her practice encompasses family mediation, Guardian Ad Litem services, Parenting Coordination, and Collaborative Divorce, where she serves as the mental health neutral. Drawing on her background in applied behavior analysis, Elyse approaches family conflict through a behavioral and child-centered lens, combining careful documentation, comprehensive assessment, and empathetic engagement with children and parents. She has extensive experience helping families improve communication, navigate parenting-plan and court-order issues, and develop practical solutions to complex family disputes.

Elyse holds a Master of Arts in Exceptional Education and Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida, a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Statistics from the University of Central Florida. She is completing her Master of Social Work in December 2026 and plans to register as a Registered Intern in Clinical Social Work (RICSW) in Florida thereafter.

She serves as a Director of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators and regularly presents to attorneys, mediators, behavioral professionals, and other helping professionals on mediation, behavior analysis, family dispute resolution, and alternatives to litigation.
