Nick Kouris, MA, MBA is an executive healthcare leader, mediator, and strategic partnership professional with more than 27 years of experience advancing organizational growth, stakeholder engagement, and community impact. He is the founder of Equitable Path Mediations, LLC and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and County Mediator serving multiple Florida circuits.

Nick brings extensive experience in healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, and community partnerships. During his nearly two decades with Florida Blue and GuideWell, he held progressively senior leadership roles focused on business development, strategic partnerships, healthcare innovation, and community engagement. He has collaborated with healthcare systems, federally qualified health centers, rural providers, nonprofits, and community organizations to expand access, improve outcomes, and address health inequities.

His professional background also includes extensive experience facilitating collaboration among diverse stakeholders, building consensus, navigating complex organizational challenges, and developing innovative solutions. He has served on numerous nonprofit and community boards, including United Way of the Suncoast, Child’s Path, the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, and Community Tampa Bay.

Nick holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and County Mediator and brings a collaborative, relationship-centered approach to conflict resolution and organizational leadership.
